To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 26jili, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or competent courts of the Philippines.
